Isabellenhütte Heusler GmbH & Co. KG is a company rich in tradition. Its roots stretch back over 500 years in metal smelting and processing. First recorded in 1482, the company has been owned by the Heusler family since 1827. Today it ranks among the world's leading manufacturers of alloys for thermocouple, resistance alloys as well as low-impedance precision and power resistors, and is already setting standards in the new sector of precision measurement. In 2002, the ISA-ASIC achieved industry recognition being the first complete and fully integrated measured value acquisition system for electronic bms battery management systems in automobiles.

Our traditional values, modern production processes and management as well as our strength in innovation are the basis for our success. In all areas of the company, our products continue to redefine and challenge the state of technology worldwide.

Situated in western-central Germany, Isabellenhütte is the oldest industrial enterprise in Hesse. Around 500 staff are employed at the company headquarters and production works in Dillenburg. It is our philosophy and an essential factor in our success to recognize the strength of production in our value-added processes: from the molten mass through rolling mill, wire-drawing shop, insulating department and complete component production through to final inspection.

Through this approach, we can achieve a flexible, independent production. We also guarantee continuously high-quality products, focusing on development, quality control and technical know-how.

An important element of the production is our focus on mechanical engineering. We currently employ 50 engineers in this area and are able to tailor the most effective operating resources to meet your requirements.

We are a partner of renowned international companies from many different sectors of industry. Our sales are supported worldwide by agents in Germany and in many other countries. Our current export quota is more than 50 % of the total turnover.

We strive to establish long-term partnerships with our customers, suppliers and employees. Today at Isabellenhütte, the children and grandchildren of former employees work with us. It is part of the philosophy of the company to offer secure jobs to future generations. Our main emphasis is therefore focused upon profitable growth under the provision of continuous product and process improvements.
