ICD-Series // Current measurement in a compact design

The ICD series is a compact system for current measurement. The ICD-A is suitable for an application in the automotive industry due to its connector.

The shunt-based measurement provides for a high level of accuracy and temperature compensation is also incorporated through the internal signal processing. External temperature influences are thus reduced to a minimum.

The ICD can be put into a sleep mode and measures its own consumption.

Both ICD systems are available with three different current-measuring ranges: ±100 A, ±300 A, ±500 A. The communication is based on a CAN-Bus-2.0 protocol with a data transmission rate of up to 1 Mbit/s.

Characteristics of the ICD-Series

  • Measurement range 100, 300 und 500 A
  • Flat housing
  • CANbus 2.0
  • Determining the independent consumption
  • Sleep mode
  • CANbus with DBC-File
  • Accuracy: 0.1% of the measured value
